My Mother the Author

My Mother is my hero. I hope to be just like her when I grow up:) I feel incredibly lucky and blessed to have such a close relationship with her, one that seems to grow stronger each day. It is amazing to watch Ms. Peanut with her, and to see the love my daughter has for my mother and the special bond they already share.

As if my mother isn't busy enough, between spending time with her grandchildren, running her home, helping patients through her private practice, teaching yoga, crafting, baking or knitting (I'm exhausted  just thinking about it all) she wrote a book! Correction She wrote and PUBLISHED a book!!!

kindle version coming soon

I read it. In fact she gave me the honor of editing it (catholic school paid off in this case!) It is fantastic. Its Funny, a bit dark and a true glimpse into the era of many of our mothers in the 60s. Think "Sally Draper of Mad Men" in catholic school.

If you or anyone you know is looking for a fantastic read pick one up. An ideal gift for a mother or grandmother, a great stocking stuffer or Christmas gift.

Usually the parents are proud of children, but in so many instances I find myself incredibly proud of my mother!

Love you Mom:)
