I have baked, cooked, cleaned, cleaned, cleaned, re organized, baked and slept. Oh and ate an entire pint of ice cream. Part 2 of the blizzard is here and its disgusting- the winds are absurd (45mph) and we cannot even leave the condo. I don't like complaining, nor do I like being a negative person, but this weather is making me seriously grump:( So please excuse my usually cheerful pink and sparkly blog! I promise to return to normalcy as soon as possible!And I hope that one of you is able to look at a palm tree and the sunshine for me today:)

I just left palm trees and sunny beaches... to come home to a similar, snowy picture. Dang! Why do we live in cold places?!!!

I have another day off from work today because of the snow! I am so over it!! I have been dreaming about the beach lately :)

I totally hear you on this! The sun is out right now by us...I am hoping it stays this way, at least for a little bit!
So sorry about your yucky, snowy cold. If it makes you feel better at all, it's not even warm in Florida. It's currently 48 degrees, and should be down to 37 tonight. (Not nearly as cold as where you are, I know, but chilly for us!) Hope things get back to pink & sparkly for you very soon!
Unfortunately I'm looking at something similar but not stranded or snowed-in like you! Hoping you stay warm and that your weather improves soon!
I feel your pain. I am a teacher and am pretty sure we are going to be in school until July with all of these snow days! Ahhh!
Ugh, I feel your pain. Not that it is snowing a whole ton here right now - but seriously, I am OVER the winter. I hope the snow goes awaaaaay for you!
I'm sorry! Being snowed in sounds like it might be nice for a day or two, but I'm sure it's a real pain when you need to get somewhere!
